To clean, hand wash your cutting board. Do not soak it in water!
Retain the beauty of your cutting board by treating it with a food grade cutting board wax on a monthly basis. Apply the wax, let it sit for 20-30 minutes and then buff off the excess wax with a soft cloth. This brings out the beauty in the wood, while protecting it from cracking and warping.
